Ok, strange, while testing found that only the -map_metadata 0:s:2 plus the MOV final file is required to make it work. This is the last command that generates a valid file: (it ran from the GUI)

Tested in the MXF video file, this one has 5 Streams, and did not copied the Metadata one (I assume is because we have hardcoded to search it in the Stream#2 in the 0:s:2) So defintibly we will need to extract first the Streams info, identify the metadata one and customize the map_metadata. Also not sure waht happened to the other 3 Audio Channels, we only copied one
