I think we should set up an standardized on boarding process for these types of enquiries, perhaps with at least a minimal bit of customization, company logo, correct template type, a few files to play with, etc. I don't know if it's realistic but I'd love to be trained to be able to roll these out myself, without the need to bother the code maestros!

Without seeing the communications with the client, I've researched them a bit and their business is home organization products, for bath, kitchen & bedroom, with several well known brand names. I'm not sure what they're looking for or if the photo template is the best to show them first. I haven't seen a "retail goods" oriented template but that would be great to have.
