Notes On Work Times & Accomplishments last week: Website Update: We outlined the home page - however we are not fully satisfied with the layout of the home page. We decided: 1) To Finish the layout in the home page 2) to focus for now on just making a great home page and not worrying about a whole bunch of other pages 3) to hire someone on fivver to consult on and build out the home page 3) we reached out to several people on fivver and Christopher has indicated the one he likes. Waiting for his aprooval this week to start working with the guy from fivver. ----- Presentation: The Presentation is now 95% done - 1) The final presentation is called: Use This One 2) The slides have been changed to reflect the current audience, be less wordy, be less redundant, to have all of the same font, to make sure that the headings meet the slide, and that everything on the slide makes since not only for that slide- but with in the whole presentation 3) This Presentation will be a LIVE & Video presentation - that we need to update the Brochure to match the slides and that we need to make sure the info on the website also matches the slides. 5% remaining: the page with PIM /MAM /DAM and one final over view with Christopher where any changes are made right on the spot --------- Tierra Sagrada: 2 Blogs were written, one short phrase was written- one blog post was reviewed by Christopher and Crystal made updates on the spot about changes that were needed. Had one meeting with Claire on Presentation on Saturday where we got rid of some of the extra words and showed her the changes made and claire showed me some tech things also to help me out next time when working on a presentation ----- Data Entry: 1) researched on chatgbt 2) put research into a document with titles 3) did not answer any of the questions that needed a link for proof 4) summarize info and put into data form (about 10 questions on data form)
Tierra Sagrada: Meeting on Wed that we need to prepare for. 1) Need more business plan details 2) Facebook Account (dienke) - Facebook Cover In Canva - (Crystal) - Posts 3) competitive analysis of other booking businesses 4) can also manage their houses online 5) Take Notes - Put In Canva Presentation - Identify how we will work with the home owners - both the booking & management 6) Need to have roles in the system - example whoes role is it to clean the house, to meet the guests, ect 7) Lots of bullet points - less words
