1. Setup test FTP accounts
2. Setup Before During and After drop folders
3. Document app login process
4. Use New vs Synced + configs
5. Create Script would find the project by GEO Code and move the new images within 500 feet
6. Admin appove all new images across projects
7. Upgrade B server and test everything
8. Once tested move everything over to A and setup 15 FTP accounts
9. Create ZOHO widget for clients
