Phase 2: Customization December - January
EnterMedia uses a points based support system to track all the steps that go into supporting your site and
customizations. We use a continuous integration (Agile) development model. For this model we use the
Entermedia's Client Portal.
Half Day Sessions are 40 points and include a minimum of 2 - 4 hours depending on complexity of the
completed tickets & tasks.
Sessions delivered will be tracked in the EnterMedia Client Portal. We work closely with clients using a fully
integrated feedback loop and a chat based support portal.
Agile Programming methodologies allow us to fix, test and deploy bug fixes the same day.
User stories and Work Sessions will be defined and prioritized using the release planning schedule as you can
see in the image below.
Sessions are tracked with points to helps our clients control their costs by having pre-determined the costs per
task.
Create plugin API using CI-HUB API at no cost. If CI Hub accepts the plugin then we can support it under our
SLA for free
