We want to review the captions changes and gallery tweaks.

Notes: We did got the language caption to switch automatically. Now we want to deal with reloading AI captions on demand. And create a AssetUsage structure in drupal to store the custom caption tweaked per article and we will reimport em to emedia.

Problem with JSON response was solved, we will be working on the other couple bugs.

Robert reported some issues:
Add I could not find the Media Viewer “Credit” field in the new version. It seems to be missing.
We have this setup where we look at the “Edit Status” field, and when it is “Approved” or “Pre-Approved” - our integration will return the asset to the UN News CMS. If not, it will not. But the issue is we cannot change the value - it seems to be set to a read only state. This is maybe something we can change, to use another way to control what the CMS can see or not.

Yes, it is working now. I ran into the same 403 issue yesterday with our current module that connects to the DAM. I got a note back about the fact that the cookie domain was not matching the server we were connecting to. I fixed it by adjusting the "cookie" domain to match the server with the -c. . But, it is possible that the issue was solved on the back end at the same time I was testing changes.

I am able to now configure the EMedia Entity fields, but am running into other issues. Will test more and will report at our next meeting.

Hello Robert and Team, we fixed the users and permissions in the new Server. Also fixed couple of minor issues with the Croping tool (we made some small changes to the layout), we fixed too the Picker situation (Picker icon was getting lost when switching views or pages).

b2 server is ok to test now. We delayed a little bit enabling the AI feature (to generate the Alt Text) since we are finishing testing a new LLM model to generate more acurated results. We are finishing this testing by tomorrow and we will be enabling the feature in the b2 site.

Same user credentials from production should work here.

We will keep you posted here when the AI data generation is enabled in the b2 site so you can test the Alt-Text.

Was my superrn account account migrated? I logged into it this morning, but could not access the user/admin/config interfaces. I need to check and setup the account we use to 'authenticate' via the Embridge module we are using. The superrn account we tested last, is not working it does not have permission to browse any of the assets.

Hello Robert, yes supern accon was only a User role account in this b2, server, I think when we tested yesterday without all the users and roles copied it assigned the the User role. I re-imported all roles again an now that user it is back in the Administrator role

Hello Robert, I waited to the end of the day to be able to restart the instance, the problem with the login 500 error was a problem with the index in the system catalog that got in an status that needs to be restarted, instance was running for more than 4 months with no interruptions, this could happen because a warning of low space in one of the disks, that we resolved properly.

After the restart everything looks ok, no more 500 errors in our side, please let us know if everthing it is ok in your side.

Hi Christobal, sorry for not getting back to you sooner. This is good news about the login 500 error. I appreciate the fact you waited until the end of the day to restart the server instance.

I will get back to you if there are any more issue, but so far I have not heard of any users noting issues. I will do some testing later today, or tomorrow on my local.

I see your messages in the other portal, this project still open, we are currently using that other place for Billing and Administrative task only, we are using this for Support chat, tasks tracking, tickets and all that. Regarding the images, yes, I noticed yesterday that the Sync stoped downloading the Files, it is downloading the Assets (Metadata) so I'm taking a look right now into that situation and I'll notify you here asap is fixed.

it seems like the auth issue is resolved after the restart. I was wondering if you also had seen my email about it.
