We can also exclude any assets that are in the Embargoed folder as well then put the remainder back in production.

Hi Chris. I watched the video. I noticed you ingest the text content from News to eMedia. Does this also mean that the current llm used, used for caption, alt and even credit, will improve? If the llm learns from News content, in particular in Arabic, Urdu but even French, will we see an improvement? Right now we have cases where it still does not get the credit right. And the quality for other fields is not fully there yet either. Maybe some llm learning will help here, or otherwise controlled vocabulary. Thanks, Mark
Thanks Mark for researching that. Possibly, that is not built in but perhaps might be useful in the future. I think we can keep improving the translations but we need a spreadsheet of bad translations. And ideally their improved ones. Perhaps everyone can contribute to the list. This way we can refine the model we are using.

the good ones are all in the eMedia database already, they have been translated for the past x years.... not sure about the spreadsheet.
Dear Christopher, one of our users Daniel is unable to move an asset from the embargoed folder to the production library following our efforts yesterday to restrict the permissions on the photo editor role. We tried to add roles back without success, do you know which permission is necessary? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
under +Add to Entity he does not have the option 'Collections'
Under Assets -> Permissions -> Action Permissions for the role 'Photo Editor' everything is now unchecked. Did you run the index by chance? just now.

Thanks Christobal for assisting this morning and resolving the issue. The user Daniel is now able to move assets to the Production Library. However 2 other users (with the role Photo Editor) are reporting that they do not see the Production Library in the collections folder. I went to one of these users and saw that she only sees the Graphics Library. (she logged out and back in) I reached out to Daniel from this morning and he assures me he can see the Production Library folder (he has same role)

Hi there, just wanted to update we found a solution. We changed the security settings on the Production Library to 'Anyone can view'

Hello, we are gonna update Prod server this afternoon to apply fixes for the users reindex, this will include also some iprovements to AI tools we want to set in the main server. We will keep you posted about the progress of the update.
