Hi Deineke, Christopher is asking that we move the ODAMS invoices from Freshbooks to the EM portal since we still need to be able to track the hosting, for fundraising purposes. Can this work? If so, could we set up a time to work together next week to do this? I'd love to be able to look over your should to see how this is done. Any chance for Tuesday? I'm available between 11-5 EST, if so.
Hi Jessica, oke we can set that up. I can cancel the freshbooks and enter the invoices in the Portal. I am travelling to the lake from antigua next tuesday, but dont have time scheduled yet. Will let you know sunday, is that oke?
Sure. We don't even have to do it on Tuesday, it can easily be another another day. I'll have some desk time next Friday too. Would that be easier?
Alright, lets keep in touch. Friday would work too. They have an outstanding amount of $1,794.00 USD, which means 6 months of hosting from october untill march. Shall I make one invoice for the 6 months and then invoice per month of 299 from april?
We can also plan that next week and ill share my screen so you can see how I do it.
