Hi Dieneke, I was just looking for some of my goals which were not yet completed or are ongoing, because I couldn't find them. After talking with Christopher, we realized they had been closed out. He showed me how to reopen them. Perhaps we can just check-in in the future, if it seems like something I'm working on is completed?

Hi jessica! Sorry for that it were things that were open for a while. Maybe you can put some of the tasks in progress then they dont stay open, and yes we can ofcourse check in when things can be closed.

Hi Dieneke, Thank you for offering, but I don't think we need to this time. I think I've recovered and reopened everything that I was working on, plus added a pending task so that it doesn't confuse you again (though it's not how I typically do it). Many of my goals and tasks happen to be pretty repetitive month to month, so for example, my goal may be something like balance the account monthly. So I have regular tasks associated with that goal and everything repeats month to month, forever. Perhaps it's a little different than others on the team, so just ask in the future if you feel the urge to close out my work, please.

alrighty. I mainly closed the ones that were completed. one or two might have slipped through because they were unclear. Also cleared out really old ones. next time ill do a run of closing we can schedule a short call for review.
