Christopher, I did the calcs for the first 6 months of this year on the Freshbooks "offer". The results are: as is fees currently total $1472; under the proposal, reduced fees would have totalled $1298 but then we have to add in the Freshbooks monthly fee for $100/month ($600) bringing the total to $1898. So, we would have spent $426 more by accepting their "offer". We should decline this offer. I can go back through the numbers that I was working on for last year if needed, but I don't think it's necessary, the numbers for this period are clear.

Yes, but I thought I remembered you saying that you signed up for the recent offer from Freshbooks for lower credit card fees. That's the one we don't want to pay for.

Do you mean your reimbursements for June? Or...? All the bank entry expenses are in OI, I believe. I'm not clear which expenses you mean.

Yes, I believe I completed your January-May expenses and issued all your reimbursements to credit card payments. Currently, I need to complete these expenses for June as we discussed doing it month by month to keep it current and up-to-date and simpler. So at the beginning of each month, I will do expenses for the previous month. So, June is up next.
