Hi art, I made two new google meetings with fresh zoom links. Recurring IT meeting tuesdays 12pm CST and thursdays marketing at 12pm.
Christopher is co-host so any of us can start the meeting. I also invited Chuck for tomorrow.

Many apologies – checking my schedule I see that tomorrow morning I am booked to help with a data migration starting at 9:30 California time. This is a one-time event taking advantage of the machine vent, I won’t be able to make tomorrow at 10 but future Tuesdays I will be able to attend.

Glad you scheduled the meeting for tomorrow as I wanted to talk with Chris even without Chuck.
The invite says 12pm Guatemala time, yet the title of the invite says "Updated invitation: 11am to 12pm on Tuesday (PDT)"
Neither of us caught that California just moved our clocks ahead an hour for PDT, meaning 12 noon in Guatemala is 11 am PDT time.
Can you please clarify if the meeting will be at 10am as it was in the past or 11 am as it is now scheduled?

hi Art! we could leave the meeting tomorrow as is, which is 11am. I can adjust the Thursday meetings and all the other recurring ones afterwards. but if 10am suits better for you, Id happily reschedule.

I'm fine with 11am today (Tues) and then 10am for all following ones as long as that works with Chris. Please confirm.
This morning, I see 4 Zoom invites: 2 for Tuesdays and 2 for Thursdays, all but one with inconsistent time zones throughout the invite.
One of the Turs March 14 invites shows 11am PDT on title and calendar, 10am PDT in body of invite with a note saying it will be at 12am (assume you mean pm) and might be a little later." This is confusing to me.
The meeting links, ID's and Passcodes are consistent and distinct for Tues and Thurs. I will assume these are the ones to use should times get shifted in the future.

Hi Art,
I adjusted the recurring google invitef or thursday (changed the timezone to PT in google and in zoom) that should be 10am PT everywhere now.
I didnt change the invite for today, just the recurring ones from next week 10am PT, the google invite and the zoom link.

No more auto updates
Add Notes and description fields
mxf might have only audio. Check that there is audio streams before making thumbnails.. Maybe set the fileformat? audiomxf
File properties. change streams to be tags
Add total file size to summary panel
Add an edit status of Hidden and filter by permissions

Files inside folders named "Avid MediaFiles" should be hidden". This would apply to .mxf with no video attached. After Prior Media is ingested there will be no more files like this ingested into eMedia.

Good news: all but 4 files have been completed!!!!
For our Tues call I would like to ask specific questions, including configuring the look of the UI and hiding files with errors. Also, if you've made the necessary changes, ingest the spreadsheet I provided to see how that populates.
I will spend some time with the UI to evaluate what I can before then.

Christopher; My notes from last week mentioned doing a Hot Folder update during our next session (Tues 4/9) I will alert Chuck we may need him for this. Should I ask him to join us on the call at the start or wait for me to ask him to jump in when we are ready? Thanks. ~@
