Downloading still not working for files and I really need this to work as I've been asked to find pics for a memorial of an employee who passed recently.

Hi Ark, Why is the server running slowly? Perhaps have the resources checked on the server?

I asked Chuck to check the resources and will let you know what he finds. Bigger issue is it won't download anything. Processes still running as evidenced by the rotating dots screen left. But when I went to look at the System Scheduler there were no processes running. I do see a lot of items there and on logs that have been run recently or show repeating on some that I thought we disabled or put long delays on. And then, as I just returned to the System Scheduler, the Import Hot Folders is now running whereas a few minutes ago it was not.

FYI: I tried to send a screenshot from the UI and got an error message which then made my original message disappear. It returned when I resedt the browser.

From Chuck: I took a look and saw that disk space is ok and memory usage isn't bad and cpu was low.

Hey Christopher. I have Chuck on the call. He is here only until 10:30 and I asked him to come on the call to work with us to clear up the running process and sluggishness of the UI.

I showed Chuck the certificate issue. He wasn't sure what was happening. He didn't know what to make of the "Issued by" section you told me to point him to: Organization (O) < Not Part Of Certificate> Organizational Unit (OU) < Not Part Of Certificate> He was able to log in to eMedia on his Mac with Chrome. I then tried to log on with the Edge browser on my Windows computer. It worked. I then tried cleared all browsing history in Chrome and was able to log in. As the error returned after the update this morning, Chuck surmised (very paraphrased) that the emdb app is keeping cookies in an internal data space and the update changed the format slightly so when the app looked at old cookies it got confused. This is a low priority at this point, though we need to think about future TAE users on Windows using Chrome having the same issue .

I just checked in the fix for clearing selections when clicking on the menu or refreshing entity pages.

Unsure what this was in relation to. Exporting/Moving/Copying not intuitive even after our last session. Poked around to find: Folders>Files>Export on top right, Copy did not show linking message What does Copy do vs Move? Where is it moving to? Move did not show linking message Could only move to New Collection vs existing one. Batch "Add To" allows for adding to existing collections or create new one. UI display of existing Collections has thumbnail covering part of Name Batch "Multi Edit" allows for Add to Entity or Folder but not create new ones "Export" button top right frame only allows creating New Collection Tested: Does tag search work? No and Yes. Some Tags that appear in Folders home view are not listed in Summary>Tags Notice this happens when there are more than 10 tags in view Summary>Tags>Search Box shows no other tags Entering a search in Summary>Tags>Search box yields "no results found" Entering Tag in Top Search Bar and selecting Folders (View All) will reveal Tag in Summary Tag table. Sometimes does not work if there are more than 10 tags in view. Test: Download and cancel Does not work. Downloaded 482Mb file. It is now stuck in same cycle as before, Publish Assets is constantly running Can't locate the recorded session where you stopped this.

I was able to locate the recording of Christopher that showed how to stop the download, so that is not needed.
