Thank you! Also, A user reached out stating " I did a hard refresh and cleared my cache but it's not letting me open any folders and is not loading anything correctly." Is there anything we can do to resolve this?

Hello, by any chance you know which Browser and if the user is in Windows or Mac? Also if you know the username or email he is using to try in our end please.

Thanks, Cristobal. I would like to note that this disruption caused challenges for our team members who were working under tight deadlines. I'd like the emedia team to reflect on what caused this and how it can be avoided in the future.

Hello Cheryl, I apologize for the inconvenience, the issues mainly happen because some changes in the permissions handled were introduced to your server within the new version. After the update we did a check for the 2 different User Roles and we briefly saw both Roles had access to files, but the Permissions were blocking certain groups of assets only.
Yesterday we tested several variants and Permission heritage levels to prevent more issues like this.

Hello Nicolas, I was able to change the user password in our test user, first it failed to me bur realized that I typed the password wrong the second time, so can you make sure you type same password when setting up. I'm adding a request to our GUI task list to add an indicator when you type a different password before submitting the form.
