Hello Patrick, first issue is because the users does not have permissions to see Assets metadata, I can add the permission to them. They should be able to see and edit metadata, or just see and no edit?
Login issue is related to our email smpt server, I'm taking a look right now.
Email issue is fixed now.
Patrick I added the "Vew Metadata" permission for the Users Role, so now users can see the Metadata (Data) tab on the assets. Please let me know if that enough or you want to also give them Edit permissions.

Hello Patrick, sorry I didn't noticed your message earlier, can you let me know where assets are missing? Like in Drawings or Photos? do you see the missing assets anywere else in the DAM? If you do, can yo please send me one sample or id of the asset so I can investigate little bit more

Our folder structures appear to be missing on collections.
For the first request above, the missing images were in photos.
Hello Patrick there is an "expand" arrow in the table header where you can toggle the Folder tree, please let me know if you have it in your screen.

Yeah I see the issue. There is a mis configuration between WebP based thumbnails or the legacy JPG. We will reconfigure to stay with JPG for now.
Hello Patrick, uploaded photos where fixed, and any new upload will be ok, saved as JPG.
