Patrick, I finished updateing your server our fix works ok, and I also organized the Main tree since there was little bit messy, I think some accidental drag & drop or something produced some of the main folders, like the Collections were duplicated, then some of the internal processes renamed it to "undefined" and all that messy paths were there.
Now you can see the Tree is very clean and very few parent Categories, all Collections in the right place, and uploading is doing correctly to the right path.

Hi Patrick, yes I see, we found the issue, Collections folders got duplicated and asset got uploaded to the "new" path. We are fixing it.

Patrick, we finally get to the root cause, it was a deep index issue with category tree that was not saving the Category path as expected. Again I tested uploading into the Collection you mentioned, also tested in new collection and everything seems ok now.

Hello Patrick, it was a quick fix, the Template Collection was in a different internal path (I think when I fixed all the other Collections did not noticed the Template one), Our code was actually trying to fix it so it added an "_1" to the end of the path, this was making it to fail.
Right now you can follow the same process, search for "Template" click on it, then Export and Copy.

Looks to be fixed Cristobal. Thank you. Once more question. Why are there duplicate flags on the items in this collection? I thought I deleted them all.

Cristobal: I was in Orren Pickell's offices yesterday and Eric Pickell logged into the DAM. Please see screen shot attached for reference. I'm wondering why all users don't see the standard filter view of: Room Type, Architectural Elements, Project Type, Level of Finish, Edit Status, and Asset Type. Please advise.

Hello Patrick, we have a new feature that allows any Admin to "Set for All" the Fields preferences on the Summary or Table results columns, this means will overwrite any customization a lower user may have. This option is in the top corner on the Fields settings on your own (Administrator) user. I already applied the fields for all users, should be good for them now.

I spoke with Eric Pickell. He's not able to see Room Types & Architectural Elements on the right. All users need to see what I see with the exception of edit status. Can you fix?

Hello, there is a function in the system where (as an Admin) you can navigate the DAM as any user, and I can see the filters using Eric's user. I think maybe he is seeing the first screen? The Collections, in the Collections screen there are only 2 filters. In the Assets section is where he can find the Room Types and the other filters. (Attaching 2 screen shots)
