Can we setup a demo to view the new Entermedia offering and talk about next steps for provisioning? Chris, Entermedia is a DAM provider I use and would like Hoffer to procure so we all have access to shared digital assets.
Seting up meeting

I am planning a meeting with them, week of 11 march.

We are going to make a plan to update your instance since it contains some customizations (like the gallery embed in your site and the Geo Location of the images). I think that will require update your B site or setup a Dev site in order to test all these features. Let us make a schedule and we will let you know when we can update the OP site.

Hello Patrick, We continue adapting all the customizations and features your current production server has to our newest version. We are doing some work on the Collections management that will impact the way the Collections are managed. So We are postponing moving you to a newer version until we finish all the work on Collections, this way the impact of change on your current workflow will be less. Meanwhile we decided to patch your current server for the 2 issues pending: 1) Closing the image preview with the X icon 2) Preview images not being displayed when the Collection (Proyect) has an "&" character in the name. I tested the patches and they work ok in your current Production server. We will keep you posted in following weeks to let you know about the progress on Collections in the newer version and then we can restart the moving process. Please let us know if you see the issues fixed in your side, it may require a Browser restart since some of the changes were applied on Java Script components.
