Hello Patrick, sorry I forgot to update you yesterday in this topic, Images are ok now, those TIFF images in that project are big format, wondering if once they got ingested the conversions failed to convert all at the same time. I just re-run our Convert-Missing-Images script and they just appeared.
I'll add a small test routine for ingesting big images in bulk and see how this behaves to try to prevent this for the next time.

Hello Patrick, not sure if this image was with this problem since the other batch or is a new one. The other batch was some big images, but this one is pretty small, the only thing in common is all them are .HEIC, so now I'm going to try to reproduce ingest a batch of HEIC images to see if that is generating some kind of issue.
I manually fixed this one for now.

Cristobal: We need to ensure that all .HEIC images and all large tiff images can be previewed throughout the DAM. Is there a way to do this?

We are having some pushback from users on new login requirements. 1) Can you ensure they can still use user/password tab. It's not working for all users. 2) Can we set a more generous expiration period so they don't need to login each time?

User sratajczyk@pickellbuilders.com is unable to login. He's tried passwordless. I sent him magic link. Neither of which he received. I edited his pw to SR2004$$ and tried to login that way and got a "Invalid Login" message. Can you troubleshoot?

Ok, first I tested with the password SR2004$$ and did't work, I use same password with my test user and it worked ok, so I went and set the same password again for the user and it is working ok now.

I just created a new user (darrenjoshuaphoto@gmail.com) and tried to send magic link. Didn't work he didn't receive it. I edited his PW to DL2025$$ and tried to login as him in another browser using his email. Didn't work. What's going on?

And about the emailing the password (you also mentioned the user yesterday did not received also, let me verify the emailing could be a different issue)
