Hello, yes it is done, default sorting is Created On Down, this should be the default unless the user set it for his own to a different field.

hey hello, I just updated you instance with the Copy Projects fix. Now I see the black thumbnails for pdfs, these are only for that specific view, never seen this behavior on thumbnails, let me take a look on it
This very specific set of PDF files required an extra parameter in the tool we use to convert the Thumbnails, I was able to make them work and reconvert them, any new PDF should generate the Thumbnail correctly.
Some still seem to be black (https://op.entermediadb.net/assets/find/views/modules/asset/editors/viewfiles/AZEo9nGYNSmhu_JYkCMH/ODonnell-John-and-Diane-5192502.html). Can you regenerate them all? Appreciate it.

Hello Patrick, the other day I just fixed the ones in the Project you refereed, I did a search on all PDF and found 3 more, fixed them. It is easy to fix in each Asset there is a History tab, then Conversions in the sidebar and finally th the Recreate Conversions btn. I think now they are all ok.

Hello Patrick, the sharing by Email it is fixed now, about the clicking in the asset we are working in a solution for that and I'll let you know when is ready.
About downloading the assets, when I select couple of assets in a collection and hit the Download icon it downloads them individually, the only way right now to download a ZIP is going to "Export" in the top part, then "Download zip", but this is gonna download the Entire collection Assets.
Please let me know if this Download option works for you.

There are many more assets on the DAM than are displaying on the client webs. We've had this issue before. Cristobal: I'm not seeing how to download them individually if multiple images are selected. It creates a zip but the zip is empty. Can you show me?

Patrick, the problem with missing assets was solved, it was actually loading only one page of results, now is fixed for all the collections embeded in your website.
Regarding the download zip, I was in a mistake, actually, when you download up to 3 files, they download individually, if you download 4 or more, it creates a zip and download the zip, and you were right, it was empty. I also fixed this download as zip.
