Hello Tracy, I just updated Beta site with some changes for Approvals. Regarding the email from the client, yes we intentionally removed the general Checkout Order status field trying to simplify the whole Checkout workflow. We don't want users depending in 2 statuses to manage the Orders. The change I just updated to the server is using again the Checkout Order status field but now internally, so, whenever an order is Save, (That includes the All assets Approved or Rejected btn click) we update the status internally so, the Approver and the User will notice it in the results views. We also included a field to track the Last Notification Date on each order to easily track when the order was sent.

More feedback shared in email. Getting closer but still not 100%

Hello Tracy, I just fixed the link in the email and also wrapped the page into the app, in previous version it was an standard page, link works and all data and links to download the files are working ok. To re-test you can resend the Notification Email or test from scratch with any new Order.

And can you confirm that the approver must click the button to send email?

Yes, we believe this is a better approach, that way Email can be sent any other time.

Yes, you will want to add a CNAME record for dam.agbu.org that is set to agbuassetlibrary.entermediadb.net We can set the redirects on our side.

Hello, AGBU has added the CNAME record for dam.agbu.org to agbuassetlibrary.entermediadb.net, currently it is serving nginx page.

We need the SSL Certificates too, right now I enabled the response from our server, but it is clearly saying the Certificate is invalid. We need the Certificate (full chain) and the private key in order to serve it from our side.

Can you use Let's Encrypt can generate necessary certs? That is what they use for all their sites.

Joozer, I reviewed our Lets Encrypt process and our automated tool uses DNS challenge CERT creation and renewal, so for an optimal management we need an TXT DNS record created in the DNS authority, please provide these to them and let us know when is ready: Please deploy a DNS TXT record under the name: _acme-challenge.dam.agbu.org with the following value: iarQywqYhEV4kxnaoENwFN-DOtWXxCAnNbKN8CabLAM

Excellent. Thank you Cristobal. AGBU is also ready to launch the Beta version, which I know we all wanted to do for a long time. When can it be scheduled, and should they expect any downtime? Finally, we currently have 2 URLs that need to be redirected to dam.agbu.org (A) https://agbubeta.entermediadb.net (B) https://agbuassetlibrary.entermediadb.net Please note that active galleries are using the Beta URL, so the redirect should include any paths/query parameters (basically a URL rewrite)
