Hello I have ready the server where he can test. Right now that one is named agbu-a (this is because we are gonna put this server live to the main domain once is everything tested) After that we will re-name the others so we will have only agbu-a (live site) and agbu-b (Mirror Backup site). Agbu-c will be dismiss.

For Search, the plan we discussed was to add all of the featured collection folders there as featured folders, as well as an ALL option. I still only see Programs, Central Board, Education, Armenia, Young Professionals, Publications

Also, can we remove Facial Profiles and People from the Search, so that it is the featured folders and then the Files? I think that the People and Facial Profiles is getting in the way of what they are trying to get to which is the files that match their search term. And that said, we also found last week that if we do use that Search modal, when you click on Files, it opens the search results, but the tree is collapsed. We talked about leaving it open?
I just added the "All" Featured Collection, all other collections can be added Clicking in the collection and mark them as Featured.

I removed Facial Profiles and People from search results, now they should not appear. And about the Tree, the open or colsed status is remembered as user preference, so if the user closes the tree, then it make a search, when he clicks on a Featured folder the tree will be closed.

Hi Cristobal. All of the folders i mentioned are set as 'featured' yet they do not all show up on the search as featured collections. So either I am doing something wrong, or this configuration needs to happen elsewhere
