Ok, I was able to reproduce the issue with his user.. Never seen this behavior, but I'm investigating, Do you know if he has more than one Devices logged in in the DAM with his User?

This is related to downloads, I'm trying to figure it out how he is downloading. When I connected as him, I got several download requests (maybe hanged up in his side)

When i log in as another archivist i do not get the error so definitely his account, can you clear out the download requests?

he also says "It’s been a while since I’ve used the new version of the DAM for downloads but I had been using it during the summer, not sure if it still thinks I’m trying to download something from that time."

Im clearing out his download request, it is a possibility some very old orders got stuck. But also we are doing some improvements on the order statuses that may cause this issue, we should have a fix soon and we will schedule and update to the Beta site.

I cleared downloads, we did a change in our code but needs to be tested, we may have something to deploy by tomorrow or Friday

Alex also just alerted me that cart requests (orders) only are working in the old version (don't show up in the beta site)

Tracy, You dont have notifications disabled, so I think email notifications go to your spam folder. Can you check?

Hi Tracy, no I did not deploy Beta site, neither production Site, let me take a look in your Email and investigate what could be happening.

Tracy, the Category search it is working ok in the Beta site, we found that the Category table in the Prod site can't be re-index, It may be a problem that has been going on for some time in that Database version.

Good morning. Although the feature is working in the beta version, they have been using the other version because Cart requests made by coworkers only appear in the version of the DAM from which they were created. Since basic users globally are using the old version, all cart requests must be approved through the old version

Hello, Another issue just reported for AGBU on the live (old) system. Normally when people checkout a cart, Alex (archivist) gets an automated message alerting him, so he can approve/reject.Today there was a cart request and he didn’t receive an automated message, so he had no idea. Can you look into why the automated notification was not sent? He received one yesterday at 12:42pm for a different request but did not get the one today, it is a critical piece of their workflow, Thanks
