From Alex: Are there changes being made to the live DAM? Many basic features appear not to be working at the moment. I was attempting to download photos through my separate download function but was unable. Then tried making myself a cart to approve, but instead of adding the two photos I selected my cart suddenly had over 90 unrelated photos and doesn’t appear to be working properly either. I’ve checked with Giovanni who has the same functions available, and he’s having an issue as well. His download feature is attempting to download 3000+ images and his add to cart does not work either.

Separate note, i just completed gallery training with Alex and found that when creating a youth program folder, the Caption field is required. Does it have to be?

Two items re: youth programs: 1. When creating a new folder within youth programs for that days photos, when viewing that folder, the Breadcrumb is "Youth Programs > Days 1-3", the name of the actual program is missing. Is it possible for the breadcrumb to be Youth Programs > Discover Armenia > Days 1-3 so that the user knows which program they are working in? 2. The caption field should not be required (mentioned above)

Tracy; Checking in on this. Still experiencing the same issues this morning and Giovanni confirmed having the same problems as well. Is it possible that this is going to be fixed today? I’m out of the office next wee and I’m hoping the rest of the team will be able to have proper DAM access/capabilities.

I'm not clear what issues are open and why. Is the goal agenda updated?

Hello, we have a new version prepared. We will deploy the dev site tomorrow and it includes fixes for multi-edit, tracking edits and dashboard reports. We also will be able make caption not required.

Hello after the update yesterday we found some mapping conflicts that we are solving, so we disconnected the Sync between servers to not affect production server.

Hello, we work today in the server and fixed some of the pending tasks: -Reindexed and fixed all mapping issues after last update, this includes an important update on entities fields structure. -Implemented the feature of putting the Camp name in the Header (bredcrumb) of each Program, now they look like "Colonie De Vacances > July 24th", this was implemented with an improvement of the Mask-Replace functionallity . -there was another pending question about Metadata possible mixing "State" and Google tags, but after reviewing the original files that information is comming from the original metadata file. , I can elaborate more in a future call to demostrate the data.
