Agenda for Nov 28th/2023 Meeting
- Test Facial recognition AI for Babson and release for Wednesday if possible.
Alfred:
- Ingest the rest of Alfred’s products into B site.
- Schedule a Debugging session for Alfred’s B site before release
- Look at Alfred’s data and figure out
- Add Filter autofill drop down menu not working
Claire’s job for Alfred:
- Make sure all the filters are enabled that make sense and look pretty have the filters pre ready to go
- All fields need a nice label on it, Make sure it’s spelled correctly and caps are not wonky
- Document how it works while I’m at it, take screenshots and document step by step user guides for each feature.
Step by step user guides - Move documentation into entities on our own app for safekeeping and organization.
Facial recognition AI:
- Include an Option to include larger thumbnail in detail viewer. Cristobal made it bigger.
- Media search results
- Make one to many tab called related products
Music Academy of Madras
-Smarter tabs without slowing down the system
- At the top of the drop down menu showing the roles, put the total of how many we have of each.
- Filter results include the aggregation viewer. EG (Photos 300, videos 100)
- Idea: Use side panel (more of read only feature) AND a filter dialogue pop up as options
- What we are missing is a reporting area on aggregation.
- Report panel on the right (how many records, how many types of each asset, date range, role, concert, how many musicians performed at that concert, who’s the top performer? Who played in the most concerts?
- This will give them better brows ability, to explore and click around.
BUG
- Adding a filter makes it not working, after you hit apply. Pending in tasks
I'm adjusting the minimum Width & Height of detected face, we have 150x160 but most of the faces in Babson are not being detected.
this is a random photo, faces here are around 70x75 (we send the 1500x1500 image) so I think it is necessary to reduce the minim size
you mean increase?
decrease, we only track faces that are 150x160px but unless the photo it is a headshot is not detecting anything, that is why if I reduce the size to 70x75 it will catch more faces
ohhh maybe we need to start with a bigger image

Top Bugs and features for the week of Dec 19/2023:
1.When adding a folder in "departments" to https://template10.entermediadb.org/university/find/index.html The folder creates properly, but you cannot drag folder to move into another folder. You still only have the one option to add a sub folder to the folder you want. No dragging. This would be under the "nice to have" but not a bug or totally important.
2.Sort in all files section is not showing correctly, In gallery view, It shows page 2 in error, causing bug to happen if you switch to table then try to sort by clicking on a header. Please inspect and fix.
3.Feature: Quick Navbar spinner icon. Add please to indicate loading page
4.When you cancel the upload and then come back into it, it remembers your old upload and doesn't remove cancelled files so you end up with a ton of duplicates. (Maybe solve issue by having a recently uploaded section, to show recent uploads so it’s easier to track down duplicates and not have a big mess.)
5.When you change name of folders in properties, in departments, it doesnt' refresh the name. (FIXED). But nice to have immediate update without refreshing page.
6. Filter by Video on summary bar not working.
7. Search again for "2023" and click on the category called "Media Captures (14) View All In Seaches, text too low on folder results in drop down search results. It risks overlap, formatting issue on search results
8. After uploading test media to a sub folder in Departments directory, clicking on sub folder shows no media. ( FIXED)
9. In tae dev site Extra entity folders or capture folders in sidebar, and they are all empty! Everytime he imports the system tries to make another, need to clean up.
10. Search in top bar, clicking on files shows search window on right with text from top search bar. When "clear filters" is selected, it closes the files view and leaves the search text in the top bar
11. Duplicate files appear with different source paths.
12. Searched for "Sealy". Asset video shows no preview and I can't click on it or scroll on TAE dev site, Says unsupported.
13. Formatting issue with Top level entity headers disappear when you scroll down.
14. asset type summary bar by Video sort not working in file areas.
15. If the computer goes to sleep during uploads it really messes up the upload process. Not sure how it effects downloading but worth checking out too.
16. If you want to add assets to an already in existing department to "search for existing" To add the files to a department under "add to" No existing departments came up in search window.
17. If you want to add assets to a new department under "add to" It doesn't add all checked assets to the new department, just one.
CM 4, 6, 7
long meeting with CBC we fixed some issues with his 3 catalogs, he updated so he has the recent em10 version for now, some things happened, but most important are:
-Summary: Add a button to go directly to config the View to add-remove fields
-Scrollling issues with sticky headers
-Some scrolling or layout issues when some of the Containers (white background) are bigger than his container (dark-blue) so it looks broken
-Have a way to login or access catalogsettings when siteroot is wrong. (we just talk about that this morning and looks like is more important than we think)
-He says they use a lot the "Add to Cart" approach including all the workflow of approving the carts, etc. so he really wants that in this version
-Also he is not super fan of the summary, maybe if it can be moved to the left or be included in the current sidebar (this is just what he say)
-We need to review language option since they use the DAM in french most of the time
he is sending a list, I feel I'm forgetting something
