1. The Camp Admin role does not seem to have access to grab the share link for the session, but can get a share link for an individual upload folder. We need the camp admin to have access to the share link for the Session so that they can provide it to the parents --Ok Now, she may tested in previous version 2. Though I have tried to remove the test sessions (winter 2022 and summer 2022), they never seem to fully delete and keep coming back -- Old Catalog 3. Camp Admin role has help, filter and folder icons in the left nav, but they don’t do anything. Can we remove? Parent role also has Help icon which does not offer any help 😊 -- Fixed 4. As user Admin, when editing user access for the Session, clicking on the +New Users does not work. I am on Chrome. I can only select users that were already created -- Need Fix 5. I am seeing 2 very different image upload experiences for the camp admin role and need to provide them with instructions. If I am in the details of a session and click the upload button as shown here, it brings me directly to select images, and after upload there is no confirmation or anything. You don’t even realize you were successful until you go back to view the gallery. This is probably what they will prefer as it is quick. But a confirmation would be ideal. If I click the upload button from the gallery page, I am brought to this screen, which is much more complicated and I’m not sure what to instruct the camp admin to select? Do they have to pick an Entity? Are the Tags freeform or will it pull from the corporate AGBU set of tags? 6. Camp Admin seems to have access to create a new program, I don’t think they should be able to do that, they should only be able to create a session and upload folders. I am testing with camp admin user ElizaS. This is not critical 7. This program view has old structure of “Days” instead of “Upload Folders”, but if I click into the session the structure is correct 8. Error when switching language from the hamburger menu (testing as camp admin). I think it is best to completely remove this option. 9. The upload date is showing up on the right next to the download and favorite icon, rather than on the left as we had previously reviewed 10. I see the program logo on the login screen but not in the email. Email has AGBU logo --When it was tested? 11. I’m not quite sure how best to test that the cookies piece is functioning -- Should work now, just logout and login back one more time, Cookie should be keep for longer.

I Don't know if this is useful but I had idle hands so I went on Weatherford's website and looked at their course structures and the way they categorize stuff and came up with some custom fields and grid boxes that might work. If you create a project in "Departments" You'll see it makes a bit more sense. I also edited the grid box fields that are displayed on the project. If you could add a primary media upload eventually to the grid boxes when it's more of a priority, I can start to kind of make the Grid boxes look nice with some media, and start copying things off their website to reflect some of their aesthetic. I can also start making some quick test data text documents and PDFs in bulk in Canva in a few minutes by just making random text files in Canva, really quickly to mimic coursework. They also have template presentations that look really good that I can download in a matter of 30 seconds. If you would like me to start clearing the previous test site data from template10 demos I'd be happy to help. Like the AGBU summer Camp files, and the Alfred music sheet music files.

Not right now, but I think we need to make a plan or schedule to work on setting up the Templates, I think (is what I understood) we are waiting on the Import/Export so we can clean them all and start with fresh configs (entities, fields, data)? I'm right?
