Required fields:

• total: A numeric value such as 2.13
• currencytype: 1 or 4 [1 = USD, 4=GQT]
• date: any standard format
• collectiveproject: ID of topic
• expensedescription: A short description of the expense

Optional fields

• id: if used then must be unique to entire system. If left blank will add new entries
• user: Userid of who approved the expense
