Worked in the ticket about Opening Tickets for Users, I did it, just FYI, opening them also means Users can Create, Modify, Delete, Resolve and Assign to other users Tickets and Tasks. I make couple of fixes in the Dialog layout, and hide the Project field from edit to prevent Users creating tickets for other projects.

Still not deployed to OI, please confirm Users can do All with tickets so we can deploy it.

Improve OI proposal tracking system

Train New Staff on how to use Openinstitute.org to track their work and keep track of their tasks.

Spend some time in PR servers, they are doing some "strange" tests, they are Uploading assets to DR and then calling the Publishing API in the Production servers, with a failure since the original asset is not present in Production. Cluster settings are set to "Not upload" Originals from DR to Prod, I think this is because the nature of the configuration (DR system). Offered her a call to understand what they are trying to accomplish and see if just enabling the "Upload Originals" will help them and not cause problems.
